- Take the right quantity
Pour a small amount of herbal oil into a bowl (depending on your hair length). - Slightly warm the oil
Warm it gently (lukewarm, not hot). This helps better absorption into the scalp. - Section your hair
Divide your hair into small sections so the oil reaches the scalp properly. - Apply on scalp first
Use your fingertips to apply oil directly onto the scalp. - Massage gently (5–10 minutes)
Massage in circular motions to improve blood circulation and relax roots. - Apply on hair lengths
Lightly spread remaining oil through mid-lengths and ends. - Leave it on
- Minimum: 1–2 hours
- Best: Overnight for deep nourishment
- Wash properly
Use a mild herbal shampoo to remove oil without stripping natural moisture.
